Shipping & Return Policy


All orders are packed and shipped out of our Katy, Texas storehouse. All orders will receive FREE USPS First Class shipping. Your package will be shipped within forty eight (48) business hours. You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has shipped, along with the tracking number which you can check at the USPS website at Orders placed after 12 p.m. CENTRAL TIME will be shipped the following business day. We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday. You may request expedited shipping for which you will be charged a shipping fee.

Hey There! We love our customers and we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We know that sometimes you have a change of heart, and we get that! You have a few days to mull it over, but please know that all returns have to be postmarked within 15 days of the day you received your order. *Return shipping charges are paid by customer.*

• To make a return please email us at to begin the return process • All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise • Item(s) must be in original unused/unworn/unwashed condition with all tags still attached • Returns postmarked after fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee • Or delivery may be refused and the merchandise returned to sender • Returns made after thirty (30) days of receipt will not be accepted • Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx or UPS only • No refunds or store credit will be issued for merchandise returned in a used or damaged condition • Items damaged due to buyers’ use and/or negligence will not be accepted for refund • Shipping and handling charges are non refundable • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs • If you are entitled to a refund please allow 10 - 15 days for your refund to be credited back to your original method of payment • The Mother Baby Bond inspects all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment • However we do ask that our customers check the product upon its arrival to make sure it is free of defects • Items damaged due to buyers’ use and/or negligence will not be accepted for refund • There are no refunds on services
