1What is the cost of a lactation consultation?

2Do you accept insurance?
No, we do not accept insurance. Liz is not in network with any insurance companies. Liz gives her patients a universal insurance form that they can submit to their insurance company for possible reimbursement. Partial or full reimbursement is not guaranteed. Payment is due at time of service.
3How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping anywhere in the US. We ship all packages via USPS.
4What is your return policy?

5When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically shipped the same day. All orders will be shipped within two business days. You will receive an email once your order ships which will have the tracking number for your package.
6What if I need to change my order?
Please call us right away at 832-580-2006 if there are any changes that need to be made. Once we have shipped your order, you cannot make any changes.
7What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
8What if I provide an incorrect shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the correct address. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed. We are not responsible for charges incurred from the return of a package or it’s reship to the correct address.
9Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are only able to accommodate domestic orders in the United States.
